AUGEVI
How we work at AUGEVI

We implement technology that actually changes operations

A five-phase methodology built on years of implementing with Mexican companies. We don't promise digital transformation. We deliver measurable operational change, with clear deliverables per phase and a team that runs the system once AUGEVI is no longer in the room.

Before the methodology

Three principles we don't negotiate

Diagnosis before solution

We never recommend tools in the first meeting. If we did, we'd be selling. The recommendation comes after understanding the real problem.

One lever at a time

We resist the temptation to implement everything at once. One clear lever, with a before/after metric, wins over five parallel initiatives that fizzle out.

If we're not the best fit, we say so

There are cases where AUGEVI isn't what you need. We tell you, and we recommend what to look for. We'd rather lose the project than sell you something that won't pay off.

The five phases

What an AUGEVI project looks like end to end

01

Understand the real operation

Duration: 1 to 2 weeks

We don't start with technology. We start by sitting down with your people and your data. We map the channels customers come in through, the systems you already have, the processes that are documented and the ones that aren't, and the gap between how leadership thinks the business operates and how it actually operates.

Deliverables

  • Map of current processes by area (operations, support, sales, back office)
  • Inventory of current systems and tools
  • Prioritized list of identified friction and hidden costs
  • Preliminary hypothesis of where the biggest point of impact is

Who takes part

  • CEO or C-level on your side
  • 1-2 key operational leaders
  • An AUGEVI senior with experience in your industry
02

Define the point of impact

Duration: 3 to 5 days

With the data in hand, we define ONE main point of impact: the change that moves the needle most. Not 12 parallel initiatives. One clear lever, with a baseline metric and a target metric. This keeps the implementation from getting diluted across parallel initiatives that don't pay off.

Deliverables

  • One-page problem definition, with linked metrics
  • Measured baseline metric (not estimated)
  • Realistic target metric at 90 and 180 days
  • Recommendation of which ecosystem companies come in and why

Who takes part

  • Your leadership team
  • An AUGEVI senior
  • If applicable, a representative from each proposed company
03

Choose the ecosystem pieces

Duration: 1 week

Only after phases 1 and 2 do we talk about which tools to implement. It can be a single company (Personaizit, for example) or a combo (Routes Guardian + Iotsmart + Personaizit for logistics). If AUGEVI isn't the best option for your case, we say so. We recommend alternatives and stay on as allies, not as forced sellers.

Deliverables

  • Integrated technical and commercial proposal
  • Implementation plan with milestones and dependencies
  • Definition of which tasks AUGEVI does and which your team does
  • Business case with estimated ROI at 90 and 180 days

Who takes part

  • Your C-level (sponsor)
  • Your operational team that will use the tools
  • AUGEVI project manager
04

Implement with hands-on support

Duration: 4 to 12 weeks depending on scope

We execute. We don't leave you with a manual and a Slack full of tickets. We configure, train your team in short sessions and work side by side during the first weeks of operation. The goal is for your internal team to end up running it on their own, not for you to depend on AUGEVI for everything.

Deliverables

  • Platforms configured and connected to your existing systems
  • Operations team trained and running
  • Operational documentation (not vendor-technical)
  • Initial metrics reported in the first month of real operation

Who takes part

  • Your operations team (daily use)
  • Your IT or equivalent (integrations)
  • AUGEVI technical team
  • AUGEVI project manager with weekly check-ins
05

Measure, adjust and scale

Duration: Ongoing from day 1 of operation

Once in production, we review metrics every two weeks during the first 90 days. We adjust what isn't performing as expected and scale what is. When the system runs on its own, we move to ongoing support and start discussing the next lever to activate, if it makes sense.

Deliverables

  • Biweekly reviews with real data vs target
  • Adjustments calibrated to real usage, not initial assumptions
  • Quarterly plan for improvements and new levers
  • Agreed support model and SLA

Who takes part

  • Your C-level (quarterly review)
  • Your operations team (biweekly sessions)
  • AUGEVI Customer Success

Process honesty

What we don't do

✕ Endless diagnostics

If we spend more than 3 weeks in diagnosis without executing, something is wrong with how we framed the project. We stop and rethink it.

✕ Implement everything in parallel

Five initiatives at once is the surest path to none of them paying off. One lever at a time, measured, before moving to the next.

✕ Sell tools you don't need

We have 7 companies; there would always be something to sell. That's the trap. We start with what moves the needle, not with the catalog.

✕ Leave you with a manual

Implementation doesn't end when the tool is configured. It ends when your team runs it without us in the room.
